Banhar Culture, Coffee Farms & Waterfall - Central Highlands Day Tour from Quy Nhon
At 7am, leave your hotel and head to the Central Highlands (about 2h30 drive) — a region known for its ethnic cultures and coffee farms, where life moves slow, and the scenery gets wild and green.
Drive through a beautiful mountain pass, then stop for a cup of coffee by the Ea Ayun River.
From here, follow small country roads into the land of the Bahnar people, one of the highlands’ native ethnic groups, whose language, customs and beliefs stay closely tied to nature. Visit a village of traditional stilt houses and walk through this peaceful hamlet, surrounded by mountains.
In a nearby village, be welcomed by a local Bahnar family for an immersive cultural experience — a great way to connect with their customs and way of life. Afterwards, enjoy a home-style lunch in their traditional stilt house.
After lunch, head to nearby Kbang, known for its coffee and macadamia nut farms. Visit a local coffee plantation and learn how Vietnam’s famous Robusta coffee is grown.
Your last stop is Doi Waterfall (Bat Waterfall), surrounded by thick jungle. Take your time to enjoy its wild, natural beauty before driving back to Quy Nhon
